Testimonials:

“I really appreciated the opportunity to try hands-on work with a field that I didn’t have much exposure to at the time.  Most of my undergraduate courses were focused on cellular/molecular biology, so when I attended Dr. Xu’s Introduction to Medical Imaging course and eventually started working in her lab, I discovered that I love studying ultrasound and medical imaging!  As a current graduate student in that field, I am definitely happy with my decision to change disciplines!” – Scott Haskell – 4th year PhD student
